• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, while misrepresenting your location.

77ph99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete identity verification to the satisfaction of 77ph99.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).
• Inactivity: accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. 77ph99 will provide notice to the registered email address before any administrative fee or account closure action is applied to a dormant account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or fraudulent conduct, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures and any applicable verification requirements.
